Trade Nation

Trade Nation previously traded under the name Core Spreads (The retail branding of FINSA) and needed a thorough revamp in terms of user experience, branding and design. In addition to this, regulatory forces meant that the voice of the customer had to be pushed to the fore. We ran a series of workshops with the CEO and the team to drive home the need for transparency, simplicity and guidance.

We created content to educate and inform customers as well as running a series of service design workshops to help the company understand the need for a more robust customer service platform. Net profit after the rebrand and UX revision moved from £1.3M to £6.2M
