Designing with empathy is something all product designers and strategists should do. After all most of our products end up in the hands of humans – people, not board reports! With that in mind it’s always useful to add things to your toolkit that can help at the ideation stage. Talking to users face to face, examining their emotions, discussing their core job functions and so on are pre-requisites. But sometimes a new product comes along that can help set the context better for your discovery sessions.
Introducing Cards for Humanity (not to be confused with the rather controversial Cards Against Humanity game) – an online game that helps your team design accessible inclusive products.
